We’re so pleased to share that Judith Derby, a resident at Harrowby Lodge, has once again gone above and beyond to support Care Rights UK — this time raising £100 through another wonderful raffle!

After the success of her previous fundraiser in April, Judith was inspired to organise a second raffle with the support of dedicated volunteer, Karen Wragg.  Thanks to their hard work and the generosity of the Harrowby Lodge community, this time the raffle raised an incredible £100 for our charity.

Judith said, "I really wanted to support Care Rights UK again, and was absolutely delighted that we smashed our previous total by raising £100."

For a small charity like Care Rights UK, every pound helps us provide free, expert advice on the care system and champion the rights of older people in care. Fundraisers like this don’t just raise money — they raise awareness of the rights and support available to people in care.
